Does the Pew Edition App include the Mass Readings for all liturgical cycles?
Only the current liturgical year's (A,B or C) Sunday Mass Readings are included as well as weekday cycles (I & II). After the initial installation, a WIFI connection is not required to access the readings.
What version of the Mass Readings is included in the Pew Edition App?
The liturgical texts provided in WorshipNOW's Pew Edition App are used with the permission of the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (USCCB) and the International Committee on English in the Liturgy (ICEL). They are the official texts approved for use in the dioceses of the United States by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.
Is the Pew Edition App available in other languages, like Spanish?Currently, English is the only language available but we are waiting on approval from the USCCB on the US Spanish lectionary. Once that is approved we will be working on a Spanish version.
What songs are included in the Pew Edition App?
We have compiled a collection of over 300 songs from WorshipNOW's Modern Hymnal and Traditional Hymnal. A complete list of the song titles can be viewed here: Modern Song Titles & Traditional Song Titles.
Are there resources available for the Music Ministers?
Yes! All of the musician resources (piano, guitar and choral) are currently available in both print and eBook formats here.
How do I give to my parish's weekly collection with the Pew Edition App?
Making a donation or payment is extremely simple. First, click on an individual collection. There will be two options: Recurring Donation and One Time Donation. For more detailed instructions on how to complete either option please click here.
