Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All physical orders are processed within 1-2 business days and deliveted Monday - Friday. However, weekend deliveries can be made by the hsipping carrier if specified during checkout. Backordered items or delays caused by a high volume of orders will be communicated.

All shipment confirmations and tracking numbers will be sent when the shipping carrier has picked up the order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
WorshipNOW Publishing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
WorshipNOW Publishing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
WorshipNOW Publishing is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are the customer's responsibility. It is the customers responsibility to check with the local country's customs office to verify that the items can clear customs.
Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided. Once an order has shipped, the address information can not be changed to prevent a delivery delay or rejection.
If a package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. Depending on the local regulations, customers may be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported into the country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.
Most international customers are not charged when the shpment is received, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting the local customs office for further information. If an additional fee is incurred, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If the shipment is refused because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate the shipping address, we will refund the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.
